Jordan Lawson is a ceramic artist based in Oklahoma whose work merges traditional pottery techniques with innovative 3D clay printing. Through this blend of the tactile and the digital, he explores form, texture, and the evolving relationship between craft and technology. A 2024 BFA graduate from the University of Oklahoma, Jordan has exhibited his work regionally and nationally, including at NYU’s Construct3D, Factory Obscura’s Synesthesia, and the Jayne and Joe Buskuhl Gallery. He has presented on clay printing at NCECA and the Mid-South Sculpture Alliance, and his experience includes working as a ceramic lab technician. Jordan also teaches community pottery classes, aiming to make ceramics accessible while fostering reflection, curiosity, and innovation through clay.
