Please use the form below to apply to be a pottery vendor at our Market at Ruby Clay Company in Tulsa on May 2, 2026. You’ll be notified of your acceptance via email.

To participate, each vendor must pay a non-refundable $100 booth fee. This fee secures your space. Once your registration has been received, you will receive a link to pay this booth fee. Your booth space is not fully reserved until your fee has been received.

This will be an outdoor market. Each vendor will receive a 10’ x 10’ space in the parking lot to display their work for sale. Tents are encouraged to shade your display. Tables, tents, personal signage and display items are not provided by Oklahoma Pottery Market. Be sure to get creative with your display!

PLEASE NOTE: Because booth space is limited, we will accept vendors on a first-come, first-served basis. If the spaces fill up, a waitlist will be made available in case of cancellations.
